Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact; please note that earrings and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different style.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring the original packing slip is included before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
